The Baton Rouge Area Sports Foundation would like to take this opportunity to invite you and your team to participate in the Inaugural Battlefield Cross Country Festival on Saturday, September 29, 2012! This event will consist of 5 divisions: Boy's High School 3 mile, Girl's High School 3 mile, Boy's JV/Middle School 2 mile, Girl's JV/Middle school 2 mile, and JV/Middle Open 2 mile.

ATTENTION ALL COACHES
We are using a scoring system that has been used by meets such as the Catholic High Invitational and St. Michael's Bayou Boogie. We will use scanners at the finish line to determine both individual places and team totals. Therefore, you will be required to pre-register your teams.
You must email your list of runners (boys and girls), no later than Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 5 p.m. Only runners listed on your initial registration will be allowed to run in these races, other than the open. All others may run in the JV/Middle open race. When you arrive at Port Hudson, you will pick up your packet and designate teams that will be competing in the meet. All runners must be selected from your pre-registered list. No changes in your initial list will be allowed. After you select your runners, any other runners on the team, including those not pre-registered, may run in the JV/Middle open race. You can email entries to: alex@brasf.com or fax to: (225) 346-1253.We will reply to your entries letting you know that we have received your email. If you do not get this confirmation within 12 hours, please resend your entries or call us at (225) 382-3596.List your entries Last Name, First Name, and Category Entries must be received by Wednesday (5:00 PM) on September 26, 2012.Please make your $50 entry fee payable to: Baton Rouge Area Sports Foundation.**All entry fees are non-refundable**
