2009 Capital City Classic Strongman On August 29th, the Louisiana Strength Foundation hosted the 2009 Capital City Classic Strongman competition at the Baton Rouge River Center. This North American Strongman Gold Level event was held in conjunction with Taste of Tiger Tailgating and rasied money for the Children's Miracle Network.
