Eric Engemann joined the Sports Foundation staff as Coordinator of Indoor Sports in April 2007. Eric is a New Roads, Louisiana native and a May 2003 graduate of LSU where he earned a degree in History and a minor in Business Administration. He went on to graduate school at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio where he earned his Master’s degree in Sports Administration in December 2004. His previous work experience includes full-time internships with the Marketing and Promotions Department at the University of Kentucky Athletics Department, the LSU Athletic Ticket Office and the University of Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office. He has also spent time in part-time, seasonal roles with the Cincinnati Reds, New Orleans Saints and Cincinnati Mighty Ducks of the American Hockey League.
Currently Eric also serves as a Graduate Assistant at LSU University Recreation where he assists in the administration of LSU UREC's Sport Clubs program. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Charles W. Lamar, Jr. YMCA and the Louisiana Senior Olympic Games.
He is married to the former Kacie Rae Gill and resides in Baton Rouge. |
