A: The Sports Foundation is a 501c(6) organization whose primary mission is to develop and secure athletic activities that bring Economic Impact to East Baton Rouge Parish. We work with local, state, regional, national, and international groups to reach this goal. Q: Are you a part of the CVB, Mayor's Office, BREC, the Baton Rouge Area Foundation, or LSU? A: No. Even though we do work with all of these groups we are an independent organization. We are housed in the office of the Baton Rouge Convention and Visitors Bureau.
