Inaugural Daddy, Daughter and Son 2 Mile Relay
BRASF is excited to announce our newest event, the Inaugural Daddy, Daughter and Son 2 Mile Relay. This relay will take place on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. in downtown Baton Rouge. The event will be staged from outside City Plaza at 445 North Boulevard.
This Relay is a great event for the whole family. The relay race consists of two, three or four-person divisions and a single and double-stroller division. Each team member runs one loop of the two-mile relay course wearing their team “necktie.” We encourage participants of all ages and genders to participate. Registration for each member of your team includes a race t-shirt, disposable chip-timing and post-race food and drinks. Visit the event registration page to register!

The Baton Rouge Area Sports Foundation's mission is to assist in the securing and staging of statewide, regional, national, and international sporting competitions and special events for the Greater Baton Rouge Area, thereby having a positive, significant economic impact on our community.
Over the past 17 years the Sports Foundation has used honesty, character, and integrity to assist local and national governing bodies with hosting events here in the capital city of Louisiana. These core values have driven our organization, with the support of our partners and sponsors, to genereate an Estimated Economic Impact for the Baton Rouge area in excess of $25 million dollars annually.
